Even working alone and direct with clients, as I do, can bring politics to bear. But every encounter doesn't necessarily fit a predetermined pattern - many people you'll deal with are nice and professional and kind and funny and accepting.<br /><br />It sounds as if you're asking the right questions about what you should be doing with the rest of your career. There are loads of jobs to choose from, and there are loads more that you can invent - gaps in the market that you're perfect for, and only you.<br /><br />I'm excited for you.
